Carefully pack your item and ship it back using the provided label. We recommend tracked shipping to ensure safety.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that intentions can shift. Orders may be canceled within a specific 24-hour window before they enter the shipping phase of their journey.
- How to Request: Email support@seauxlsista.com with your order number and 'Cancellation' in the subject line.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been postmarked or picked up by the carrier, it can no longer be canceled. Refer to our Return Policy for eligible items.
- Non-Cancellable Items: Custom jewelry, ritual-prepared energetic pieces, and cleared apothecary items are final and cannot be canceled once preparation has begun.
