Shipping Information

Ready-to-ship orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Pre-order, custom-sized, and made-to-order pieces require approximately 7–10 business days for creation before shipping. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Carrier delivery estimates begin after processing and are not guaranteed.

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Seauxl Sista is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, unexpected delays may occur. If your tracking shows that the package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting Seauxl Sista.

Orders containing both ready-to-ship and pre-order items may ship together when all items are complete.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Seauxl Sista purchase. Eligible, unworn items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Custom-sized, personalized, made-to-order, and pre-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Natural differences in crystal color, pattern, shape, or markings are not considered defects.

To request a return, contact Seauxl Sista before mailing your item. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within three days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not begun.

Sizing

Measure your wrist snugly with a flexible measuring tape—do not add extra space. Select your preferred fit:

• Snug fit: add ¼ inch

• Comfortable fit: add ½ inch

• Loose fit: add ¾ inch

The standard bracelet size is 7 inches. Additional sizes are handmade to order.

Materials

Made with genuine natural crystal beads and durable stretch cord. Because crystals are natural, colors, patterns, and markings may vary slightly, making every bracelet unique.

Care & Cleaning

Roll the bracelet gently over your hand instead of pulling or stretching it. Remove it before bathing, swimming, sleeping, exercising, or applying lotion, perfume, and household cleaners.

To clean, gently wipe the beads with a soft, slightly damp cloth, then dry thoroughly. Do not soak the bracelet or use jewelry cleaner, alcohol, or harsh chemicals. Store it flat in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
