Seauxl Sista was born from a simple belief: healing begins when we intentionally make space for ourselves. In a world that constantly asks us to give, perform, and survive, I wanted to create a space that encourages us to slow down, reconnect, and remember who we are beneath the noise.

As a wife, mother, vet tech, creator, and spiritual seeker, I know firsthand how easy it is to pour into everyone else while forgetting to nurture yourself. Seauxl Sista became my way of reclaiming that balance—and now, I hope it can help others do the same.
